TERMS OF SERVICE IS LEGALLY BINDING

By commissioning me and making your payment, you understand and agree to these terms in full.}Refund Policy
• A full refund can ONLY be issued within 24 hours of payment.
• After 24 hours, and within 2 weeks of payment (if the piece has NOT already been completed), you may claim a partial refund of 40%.
• Once your image is complete or the 2 week period has passed (whichever comes first) you WILL NOT receive a refund.
• If it happens that I cannot finish the commission due to personal circumstances, the money will be returned in full. If the clients themselves prevent me from completing the commission, fees will not be reimbursed.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
General Terms
• I retain full rights to my artwork.• My artwork is not to be used commercially (reproduced for prints, t-shirt designs, etc. for profit) by anyone other than myself unless specifically discussed with client, in which I would receive an agreed upon royalty fee for each product sold, along with the initial commission payment. If the original image was not purchased, I will retain the right to sell it.
_{Addendum: Album covers, icons, repeating textiles, and other designs intended for public use may ONLY be used for the intended purpose. I.e., if an album cover is printed onto shirts as a design when it was only approved to be used as an album cover artwork, that is a violation of my terms of service.}• Once the sketch is approved, the client will have no right to any major changes on the commission. (This includes but is not limited to: character changes, major changes in design or posing, or addition of props/backgrounds.) Minor changes will be taken case by case.• I do not typically work within deadlines. Unless discussed and agreed upon with the client, commissions will be finished at my own pace. Generally, you will get it within the month, if there is a delay I will notify the client.• For private commissions I will only draw non-copyright protected or non-trademarked material. The client is responsible to check if the commission contains such material.• My works are not allowed to be used as NFTs, or used on the blockchain / blockchain technology, any / all of my works used on blockchain websites and services are infringements and will be reported. Likewise my works are not allowed to be changed or adjusted by machine learning or derived technologies, or for derivatives of my works to be created through the use of above-mentioned technologies.• Should the client decide to change or adjust the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, or create derivatives of the commissioned works through the use of machine learning or derived technologies, I will consider this an automatic purchase of exclusive rights and charge the standard fee per artwork. Please inquire about the exact fee for your commission in advance.• All commissions are personalized items and cannot be exchanged or returned.• The client receives multiple work in progress images during the process, to be able to ask for changes. It is the client's responsibility to mention any changes or edits to the artwork during these stages, if they fail to do so there will be no refunds after artwork completion.• Should a client not reply within 30 days of receiving drafts or work in progress photos, I consider the commission cancelled by the client. In this case, already paid money will not be returned, drafts are not stored and I will proceed with any existing image as I see fit.This information page gets linked to every client before I accept their commission.
